Punched Polypropylene Pockets for Ring Binders
Stock types: A5 portrait, A4 landscape, A4 portrait, A4 extra wide (portrait), A4 open top and left, A3 landscape, A3 portrait, American Quarto/Letter, also business card pages, UK birth certificate sleeves and 12" x 12" scrapbook sheet protectors.
Punched pockets for A6 paper are in our PVC range.
Copy safe punched polypropylene pockets/sleeves/sheet protectors are used for archival presentation as well as everyday filing/storage. We have a comprehensive range for common paper sizes in glass clear (glossy) as well as orange peel* (slightly embossed) polyprop.
Our pockets for A5 paper have 6 holes and fit 2 ring or 4 ring A5 portrait ring binders. We have two material thicknesses in our range, both in glass clear polypropylene. Our 80 micron glass clear pocket has a white strip in the punched margin (order ref. GCP/A5). Our top quality pocket is in 110 micron glass (glossy) clear throughout, including the punched margin, and is a superb alternative to PVC at a fraction of the price (ref. SGCP/A5).
A4 portrait pockets GCP/A4 (60 micron) and SGCP/A4 (110 micron) have holes to suit 2 ring, 3 ring or 4 ring binders and are glossy (glass) clear throughout.
The over-width A4 (OS/A4) and A4 open top and left variety (PBF/A4) have just four holes (for 2 or 4 ring binders) and are in 80 micron orange peel embossed material.
A4 landscape pockets (WGP/A4LB and SGCP/A4LB) pockets have 6 holes, to fit 2 ring or 4 ring binders only (not 3 ring). The WGP/A4LB type are 75 micron orange peel with white strip, the SGCP/A4LB being our 110 micron completely glass clear version. Both are open towards the binding edge. These pockets are also useful as additional pockets for Masters (or similar) A4 Easel Presenters (vertical format). Please read our page on pockets for easel binders if that is your requirement.
For A3 paper we have 80 micron orange peel open top punched page protectors with white strip in the margin for both portrait (order ref. WGP/A3) and landscape (ref. WGP/A3L). Our top seller A3 is our SGCP/A3LB glass clear pocket in landscape format, with the opening towards the clear punched margin. Don't forget to refer to our portrait/landscape page if you are using easel binders.

For those who have paperwork sent over from America, we have sleeves to hold the American Quarto/American Letter paper size. These are portrait format, in 80 micron orange peel polypropylene with white strip in the punched margin, and will fit 2,3 or 4 ring mechanisms. The order reference is WGP/USQ.
Don't forget that we also make ring binders to take these punched pockets.
*Orange peel polypropylene means that the surface of the material has a fine emboss, like the texture on the outside of an orange. It is still clear and the contents are still perfectly readable. It is not orange in colour.

Punched PVC Pockets for Ring Binders
Clear PVC pockets for sheet size A6 (open top)
For A6 (148x105mm) paper, 2 holes in margin to fit 2 ring binders (holes at 8cm centres).

Clear PVC pockets for oversize A4
This product is manufactured in 180 micron clear PVC to make a very tough pocket, diagonally cut away at the
top for easy access, in order to present a magazine, folded drawings, or bundle of paperwork in each pocket within a ring binder (fits 2 or 4 ring).
The overall size of the pocket is 310 x 238mm, so you need to use ring binders with a sufficiently generous cover width. Our standard 2/4D ring 25mm, 35mm, 50mm and 55mm A4 PVC ring binders will accommodate these pockets, as will our stock 2/4D 15mm and 25mm polypropylene binders.
